Settled in the Maritimes of Canada, surrounded by the forest and Acadian Mountain Chain, I live a simple life of gratitude. This blog is a journal of my art, food, furkids, garden, home, my life and my thoughts. Thanks for reading!
Haha, love your sense humor Rain! I've been debating whether to do similar this past week prior to flying away, instead I decided to let it all wait until I return! Packing and straightening up the necessary in house and garden is enough - heavy cleaning here comes after the pollen season as it's so thick everything gets covered and we live in a world of yellowish-green for several weeks of Spring.
Off now - sorry no time to mail cookies! Hugs - Mary
Now that is funny!!! Can you come down and help clean the farm? We'll provide cookies, ha! Heck I Iived close I'd gladly have 2nd Man bake up a batch of cookies and bring them to you.
lol. I just saw this, and you may be nearly back, but I had to let you know it gave me a good laugh. I just wish it would kick me into cleaning mode. Looking forward to hearing the progress you made while you were gone. Maybe that will be my inspiration.
I know it's no fun to have to do all that deep cleaning, but I know you're on a mission. I started in the bedroom yesterday, but have to do this entire house too for an inspection. Miss you and look forward to seeing you back soon. Hugs...RO
My gosh you put me to shame. I really need to do some spring cleaning here also. I'd really like to work on the girls' rooms. They need bookcases and a closet system. The only problem with that is that the husband needs to put all that together.
The house she and her husband built is amazing although they recently sold it and now renovating another one - The talent of these two people is amazing.
❤ Thanks for your comment, I love hearing from everyone! ❤ Why not join me and my fellow artists every Thursday for TADD? That's Thursday Art and Dinner Date! It's a lot of fun! Love, Rain
lol,,, have fun!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove it!! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteI should do the same, but can't be bothered.

ReplyDeleteHellloooooooooooo.... Waving hi from a bit lower, on the map of North America. :-)))))
Hope you 'come up' soon, 'for air'! Deep cleaning is wonderful but... You need time off tooooo. :-)
But perhaps you have taken time off, for self renewal. Not for blogging. That would be the wisest thing.
Just know meantime, I am thinking of you, my Dear.
Happy deep cleaning hugs...
House cleaning?? That's horrible!
