Ingredients for each toasette
1 piece of bread
Cheese Whiz
1 egg
Quartered tomato
Bacon (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Cook bacon until nearly done (if using).
3. Toast the bread until it's just a little hard (it should feel like stale bread, but not browned).
4. On a pan lined with parchment paper, place the bread pieces and with your fingers, make an indentation where the egg will go, be careful not to break the bread.
5. Spread your cheese all over the bread, avoiding the indentation for the egg.
6. Carefully crack your egg into the "hole".
7. Place the tomato pieces (and/or bacon) around the egg.
8. For a "sunny side up" egg, bake for 15 minutes.
