Poutine is a Canadian favourite! It was created in the 1950's in rural Quebec. It is made with French fries, topped with curd cheese and covered with hot gravy. There are many variations on the poutine, you can really get creative making this dish!
Ingredients
French fries
A mix of curd cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese
Toppings:
Mashed potatoes
Directions
1. Cook your fries and place them in a dish.
2. Spread your toppings over the fries.
3. Sprinkle your cheese on top.
4. Pour hot gravy over the dish to melt the cheese.
