Strawberry Gin Fizz

Strawberry Gin Fizz
Yield: 1 cocktail


Ingredients

2 tsp brown sugar
¾ oz lemon juice
Splash of water
3 fresh strawberries
1 egg white
2 oz gin
Ice
Sparkling water

Directions

1. In mixing glass, mix sugar and lemon juice with a splash of water until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Add strawberries and muddle.

3. Add egg white and gin. Shake vigorously with ice.

4. Strain into a brandy snifter and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.

Note for me: For a smoother drink, use 1.5 ounces Tanqueray Gin
