Rice Krispie Squares

Ingredients

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter
48 large marshmallows
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 cups Rice Krispie cereal

Directions

1. Heat the butter in a very large pot over medium low heat until it melts.

2. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until they all melt.

3. Take off heat, add the vanilla and stir.

4. Add the cereal and stir well to combine.

5. Press into a buttered 9x13 inch pan.
