Pull Apart Bread
(Makes one loaf)

Ingredients

1 loaf of round bread (try my No-Knead Bread!)
Butter
Garlic, grated 
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, grated
Parsley

Directions

1. With a sharp bread knife, cut your loaf of bread in diagonals to form cubes. Cut from the top to about 3/4 way down, you want the cubes to remain attached to the loaf.

2. Melt butter in a saucepan and add the garlic. Let simmer a few minutes then brush all over the top of the bread, making sure the butter gets into the cuts.

3. Stuff the Mozzarella and Parmesan into alternating cracks of the bread. Top with a sprinkling of parsley.

4. Wrap in foil and bake for about 10 minutes at 350F until the cheese is melted.
