Potato Chips


Potato Chips

Slice up 3-4 potatoes with the skins on. Boil for about 3 minutes and drain well. Pat them dry to get as much moisture off them as possible.

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl and bake at 450 for about 15 minutes.

Eat same day or they get very soggy.

  2. Thanks Baili :) The darker areas are the crisp parts, but the rest is just kind of "cooked" so if you don't eat them right away, they get all soggy and yucky! We're going to stick to the tortillas and pitas I think!
