Pita Chips
With scissors, cut up a package of pita bread, stale works better. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl and bake at 425 for about 4-5 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
Store in a paper bag but eat them within a few days.

ReplyDeleteAlex loves these, they are a bit too try for me, I like the tortilla ones better, but they do make a great "chip". :)
