New Potatoes With Cheddar and Chives



Ingredients

New Potatoes
Oil, s&p
Cheddar
Chives
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions

1. Cut new potatoes in half. Place in a large bowl and toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.

2. Bake for about 20 minutes in a 450 degree oven, cut side down. After the 20 minutes, flip the potatoes over and bake another 10 minutes.

3. Remove potatoes and let them cool a little bit.

4. Turn the broiler on high. Top each potato with a slice of Cheddar. Broil until bubbly. Sprinkle with chives and serve with sour cream.
