Nacho Cheese Dip
Nacho Cheese Dip
Yield: About 2 cups

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk or cream
1.5 cups of shredded Cheddar
1 cup Salsa
Directions
1. In a pot, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk to thicken for a minute.
2. Add the milk and bring to a simmer until thick (about 3-5 minutes) - careful not to let it burn.
3. Take off the heat and add handfuls of the cheese, mixing with a wooden spoon until melted. Add the salsa. Serve hot or let cool and put in the fridge.
