Mexican Dip

Yield: About 3 cups

Mix the following:

1/2 brick cream cheese, softened
2 cups thick Sour Cream
1 cup Salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
Chopped green olives
Chopped fresh chives

Serve with Tortilla Chips
