Ingredients

Nacho Chips
Salsa
Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Tomatoes, chopped
Green olives, sliced
Corn
Cilantro
Chives
Sour Cream

Directions

1. In a microwave safe dish, layer all ingredients except the herbs and sour cream.

2. Microwave until the cheese is melted (mine took about 3 minutes).

3. Top with cilantro and chives and serve with sour cream.

  2. Thanks Baili :) This is such a great dish because you can use whatever you want in it. We like it more mild, but if you like spicy, you can add peppers. You can also add beans and avocados.
