Kahlua Pecan Fudge
Kahlua Pecan Fudge
(Adapted from Taste of Home)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
12 ounces white chocolate, chopped up
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 tbsp Kahlua
Directions:
1. Butter your dish thouroughly. (I used a 6 x 4 inch glass pan and it gave me 12 fudge squares).
2. In a heavy saucepan, cook and stir the chocolate over low heat until it's all melted. Add the milk and butter, stir well until blended.
3. Remove from the heat and add the pecans and Kahlua. Stir well.
4. Spread into your dish and refrigerate a few hours. My fudge wasn't quite set after 2 hours so I put it into the freezer for half an hour before I cut it.
