Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together until you get a fine powder.
Yield: About a 1/4 cup of seasoning

Note: I usually include ingredients in grams as well, but these herbs and spices are so light that it's very difficult to get an accurate amount in grams. I would suggest using teaspoons and tablespoons!

1/2 cup (65g) nutritional yeast
3/4 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp turmeric
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together until you get a fine powder.
Tip: For a vegan chicken broth, add 2 tsp (about 6 g) to each cup (250 ml) of boiling water.
