Homemade Mayonnaise


Homemade Mayonnaise
(Makes about 1 cup, keeps for only a few days)

Ingredients

1 room temperature egg
1 cup olive oil 
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Dump in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender (stick blender). Easy!

  3. You're welcome Cathy :) I'm not sure about the egg shelf date. I read on a few sites that once the egg and oil are mixed, you should use them up within a few days. If you test it further, please let me know!! :)
