1. Place everything in a pot, bring to a boil, stir frequently and simmer 1 hour, 15 minutes. (Or until it reaches the consistency you like).
2. Remove the bag of spices, let it cool and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
2 pints (1 liter) canned tomatoes
4 small apples, peeled and chopped
2 small onions, chopped
1/3 cup (83 ml) white vinegar
1/3 cup (83 ml) apple cider vinegar
1 & 3/4 cups (380 g) brown sugar
2 tsp (36 g) salt
2 tsp (5 g) pickling spices (wrapped in a cheesecloth bag to remove later)

Note: Pickling spices can be found in the spice aisle of your grocery store. If you cannot find some, there are PLENTY of recipes out there that you can follow, just do a search for homemade pickling spices...one day I'll make a video myself! ☺
