Homemade Croutons For Salads, Soups or Snacking
Ingredients:
Sliced white bread, cut into small squares
Light tasting Olive Oil
Salt
Oregano
Light tasting Olive Oil
Salt
Oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175C or Gas Mark 4).
2. In a large bowl, toss the bread squares and the olive oil. You want enough olive oil to coat the bread, but not soak it.
3. Season with salt and Oregano to taste.
4. Transfer croutons to a large pan. Bake about 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway.
