Settled in the Maritimes of Canada, surrounded by the forest and Acadian Mountain Chain, I live a simple life of gratitude. This blog is a journal of my art, food, furkids, garden, home, my life and my thoughts. Thanks for reading!
Ghostly Calzone
Ghostly Calzone
✎ Print Recipe
Ingredients
Your favourite Pizza Dough
Your favourite ingredients (I used the ingredients from my BBQ Pizza)
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 450 F.
2. Prepare your pizza dough. Divide in half and roll out more or less in the shape of a ghost. On one half, cut out two circles for the eyes and keep the circles.
3. Place one half of the rolled dough onto a non-stick pan. Top with your ingredients. Cover with the second half - the one with the eyes cut out. Pinch the sides to make sure it's all sealed.
4. Brush the top with olive oil. Place the two cut-out circles just below the eye holes. Cut out a fun mouth shape. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cut up an olive and place in the eye holes!
