Fried Fish Burger
Ingredients
2 fillets of fish
- you can use whatever fish you like, but I find Tilapia, a thin white fish, to be the best choice!
1 egg white
Bread crumbs
A little butter for the pan
Directions
1. Dip your fish fillets in the egg white then coat with the bread crumbs.
2. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Add fish and fry for about 5 minutes per side (depending on the thickness of your fillet)
Garnish with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo.

ReplyDeleteI just LOVE this Baili! It's not too fattening because I "fry" it in the pan with just a little butter on the bottom, it's the best way to eat a fish burger!
