Hello Friends! 😊
February 20th's theme for our art date is: Wisdom of the Ages (please visit Rain's Garden on Thursday February 20th to post your link!).
I came up with this theme because my birthday is in February and I figured as I get older, I must get wiser lol...time will tell! 😁
All joking aside though, I do feel like I'm much wiser in my 50's than I ever was in my 20's, 30's and even 40's. I believe as we age, as we experience more of life - we really do grow as a person. Symbolism in Nature is also Wisdom of the Ages. A mountain symbolizes constancy, eternity, firmness, and stillness...trees have survived through the ages to teach us resilience and growth.
Society has learned a lot over the years about humanity and caring for our planet. Age and wisdom (usually) go side by side!
