Fart and Dart Beans
Yield: 4-6 side servings

Ingredients

2 cups kidney beans (soaked overnight, rinsed)
10-12 slices of bacon (optional)
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Boil beans for 90 minutes. Drain.

2. Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
