December 31st's theme for our art date is: Full Cold Moon (please visit Rain's Garden on Thursday December 31st to post your link!)
The full moon of December is the Full Cold Moon, sometimes referred to as the Long Night's Moon because it typically falls near the Winter Solstice. It represents cold, long winter nights, crisp air and starry nights. I love winter skies, especially the full moons. They are so bright in the sky!
