✎ Print Recipe
Ingredients
450g of your favourite chocolate, I used Lindt milk chocolate
1.5 cups pretzels, broken in 2-3 pieces (if you have mini pretzels, don't break them apart)
10 Oreos, chopped
5 chopped caramel squares (like Kraft)
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Sea salt to taste
Directions
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Prep all of your ingredients so they are ready to go. You have to work fast once the chocolate is ready!
3. Melt your chocolate. Use a double boiler or the microwave. Mine took about 2 1/2 minutes to melt, I stopped to stir it every 20 seconds or so.
4. Pour the chocolate into the baking tray and spread it out.
5. Spread out the toppings on the chocolate and let it set for 1 hour.
NOTE: ** In our humidity, the chocolate didn't set very well at "room" temperature so we put it in the freezer for an hour and it solidified very well! **
**original recipe says this will keep for weeks in an airtight container at room temperature; but again, with our humidity, we think it's best to store it in the freezer!

I will definately try this. Yummm
ReplyDeleteI am sure the kids will love it too
It's really good sis, I'd advise to keep it in the freezer though, with the heat and humidity, it melts really fast.
