CLT Subs with Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients

Sub buns
Cheddar cheese
Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in oil or butter until soft
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sub Sauce: even amounts of red wine, honey Dijon and Kraft Onion salad dressing, whisked and heated.
Fries on the side

Directions

1. Preheat your oven's broiler.

2. Place the Cheddar on both sides of the sub buns and broil until the cheese melts.

3. Layer the mushrooms, lettuce and tomatoes on the sub and top with sub sauce and serve with fries on the side.
