Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting


Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
Yield: makes enough for a 2-layer cake

Ingredients
2 packs (500g) of cream cheese 
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
2 tsp (15 mls) vanilla 
2 tbsp (34mls)  maple syrup

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the maple syrup. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff then mix in the maple syrup.
