Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
(Makes enough to frost ONE small cake)
✎ Print Recipe
Ingredients
1 pack of cream cheese (250 grams)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the maple syrup. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff then mix in the maple syrup.
Note: It's a good idea to double or triple this recipe. I have to double it to frost a two-layer cake.
