Asparagus and Gruyère Crepes

Ingredients

Your favourite Crepe recipe
Asparagus spears
Shredded Gruyère cheese

Directions

1. Prepare your crepes. Heat your oven to 400 F (205 C, gas mark 6).

2. Place asparagus spears in middle of crepe. Sprinkle on grated cheese and roll up.

3. Place the crepes, seam side down, on a parchment lined pan. Heat in oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted - be careful not to burn the crepes.
