Apple Butter (No Spices)

Apple Butter
(Makes about 2 cups)

Ingredients

8 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Pinch brown sugar
Pinch salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in your slow cooker; cook on low for about 8 hours.

2. Blend with an immersion blender to the thickness of your liking.

Note: This stores well for 2 weeks in the fridge.
